**Job Description**:
As a member of the People Team, you will support our mission to give our global talents an incredible employee experience. In addition, the People Team manages employees´ needs by providing our colleagues, from Working students to the Executive Team, with the resources they need to succeed with their contributions to Yassir.

**About your role as HR Working Student**
- You will provide to the Senior HR Manager with administration and maintenance of employee files, documents, contracts, and onboarding.
- You will work closely with other team members to maintain a high level of customer service with employees and get a good overview of an HR Generalist role.
- You will support and lead projects in different areas such as process optimization, audio, global benefits, and others based on your experience and interest.

**Qualifications**:

- You are a student in Bachelor's or Master's program and are available full-time for 6 months of Working Student experience.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills in English and German.
- You are a self-starter, you have a passion for learning and you can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- You must have an eligible work permit to be considered for this position.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a similar role working in a fast-growing tech startup is a plus.
