We're currently searching for an **HR Operations Working Student** to help us build a people-centric organization.

**What You'll Do**
- Assist the team with all administrative tasks like the creation of reference letters, contract changes, certificates, etc.
- Work with our HR Operations Team and Support all our HR processes during the employee’s life cycle, from contract and onboarding to absence management and offboarding.
- Support the maintenance of personnel data, help with audits and keep track of all employment-related documents
- Day-to-day operations and administration, within organizational activities and ongoing projects
- Support the payroll preparation in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
- You are an enrolled full-time student, ideally in business administration, human resources, psychology, management, or equivalent
- You are fluent in English and German and have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- You bring an open mindset and responsibility for achieving results with a way of working that is structured, independent, and reliable
- You have a high level of personal responsibility, commitment, and willingness to work.
