**GLOBAL LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (M/F/D)**: Our team in **Essen** currently has an opening for a **Global Learning & Development Specialist (M/F/d)** > **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Define global standards for training design and delivery and align global and regional execution - Coordinate and steer Executive as well as global High Potential Programs (from selection to execution and follow up) in close alignment with regional HR and internal/external partners - Continuous improvement process to ensure high quality delivery and alignment of development programs and capability building initiatives to Brenntag’s strategy and needs. - Create, implement, and maintain Mentoring and Coaching processes and programs - Support the execution of the Learning and Content Strategy (acc. to 70-20-10) in close alignment with regions - Support design, development and execution of capability building paths per function - Promote and drive Career conversations with our talents and leaders and increase talent visibility - Further promote a learning and feedback culture company wide - Stakeholder management **YOUR PROFILE**: - Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or comparable - >5 years of professional experience in HR (Talent Management and/or Learning & Development) in a multinational environment - Advanced understanding and passion for HR and people development - Possess learning agility and self-management ability - Strong stakeholder management and project management skills - Knowledgeable with HRIS, and MS Office, Workday - Good time management and multitasking skills - Certified in Predictive Index and Korn Ferry Leadership solution beneficial - Great interpersonal intercultural and communication skills - Experience in a global environment and excellent spoken & written English skills **OUR OFFER**: > **INTERESTED?**: Van Eeckhaut, Svenja (B023290) +4920164961665
