- Support the implementation of the L&D communication concept to become a learning organization in close collaboration with the local HR experts, Digital / IT department as well as an external agency
- Take over working packages to design a long-term Learning & Development communication strategy to establish a mindset shift based on our Learning Principles
- Support with conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring the various L&D communications measures and content, e.g. our E.ON Learning weeks, L&D campaigns
- Create various communication material to ensure consistent, target-oriented messaging across communication channels and cascades using all relevant internal communication formats
- Support Vice President of Learning and Development with various stakeholder communication material and preparation of meetings

**A convincing background**
- Studied/majored in Media and Communication Management, Business administration - HR or Marketing, Communication Psychology or Digital Media
- Work experience in similar areas (e.g. through internships)
- Self-sufficient, able to work on own initiative
- Team and customer-oriented
- Digital savvy
- Office 365 / Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
