**Private Real ESTATE debt - Senior associate**

The Real Estate Debt (“RED”) team is part of the Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management Platform with +120 professionals across 7 countries and +€14 billion in assets under management. We employ industry leading professionals with exceptional track records in their fields in the areas of investment, fund and portfolio management as well as real estate financing.

**MISSION**

In our RED team (based in Frankfurt), your main responsibilities will be:

- Support loan origination and execution across Europe in different structures and transactions
- Support fundraising and general business development of the European Real Estate Debt business
- Create marketing materials, investor reports, underwriting and fund models, and investment memos
- Support portfolio management and work on investor requests

**PROFILE**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant financing experience in investment banking, real estate lending, private equity or in an alternative lender structure (ideally debt fund)
- Experience in debt origination and deal sourcing as well as loan underwriting in Germany and across Europe
- Good understanding of the different real estate debt investment types including whole loans, stretched senior/junior loans, A/B structures, mezzanine transactions as well as the underlying real estate markets/sectors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner, produce quality work and meet strict deadlines under pressure
- High level of numerical and analytical skills which enables you to fit into a highly entrepreneurial organization with a huge demand for excellence and deal orientation (Private Equity and Investment Banking style culture)
- Good communication skills
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Ability to integrate and work efficiently in an international working environment
- Fluent in German and English
