Head of HR Learning

FREE NOW is looking for a Head of Learning & Development who is overall accountable to develop a long-term strategy for L&D initiatives to develop employees with the skills the organization needs to achieve its goals. With all hands on deck you will oversee the training programs, workshops, seminars, and other activities that enable our people at FREE NOW to grow professionally. In addition you might be also involved in developing new curriculum or content for these programs to constantly drive more impact by our people in FREE NOW. **Your responsibilities**: Learning and Development Program Management - Own the creation and execution of the overall learning and development strategy - Overall responsible for the topics related to talent management: Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging, Leadership Development and Learning - Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for learning and development, including identifying training needs in the organization and developing training programs to address the needs - Bring innovation and creativity into our approach and continuously improve learning programs People Leadership - As a key member of the people management team, contribute to the overall People strategy for FREE NOW - Collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to translate business needs into programs - Creating an diverse organizational culture through the different programs that align with FREE NOW's operating principles - Promote and deliver a strong "business impact" culture of support and accountability among all team members. - Support our ongoing transformation in FREE NOW **Your profile**: - 7+ years experiences in L&D ideally in an international and fast changing environment - 2+ years experiences in managing mid-sized (4-5 FTE's) teams - Proven track record of an L&D or training environment in a global setting - Strong experience in project management and change management in agile and dynamic environments - Experience in working with multiple stakeholder groups - Proactive, data-driven, initiative taking, ability to multitask and hands-on mentality - Flexible and able to cope well with change - Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders - Strong understanding of both the business and the learning and development fields - Self-starter with high energy and drive, fast-paced and results-driven, forward-thinking - Fluent in English, another European language is a plus **Diversity and inclusion**: - At FREE NOW, we commit to being an equal opportunity employer.
