Join our team at **Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH**, located in Munich, in **Finance and Data Analytics**, starting in **October 2025**.

**Graduate Trainee (M/F/x) Finance and Data Analytics - limited to two years**

In our 24-month program, you will get hands-on experience in our new Global Business Services team. You will dive into topics like **Finance Performance Management** and **Data Insights**. You will also explore our Service Centres and gain insights into **Business Partnering** and **Controlling**. With rotations through different teams, you will build solid expertise, make valuable connections, and gain a deep understanding of what it is like to be part of a global player at our European Headquarters.

**What’s in it for You**:
Every **6 months** you will rotate in different departments within the Finance Functions, including Global Business Services. There is also the opportunity to complete certified training related to accounting standards and regulations (CIMA) if desired. You will focus on:

- Gaining a deep understanding of core finance processes and operations.
- Learning financial modelling and analysis while collaborating with stakeholders.
- Engaging in forecasting and business support initiatives.
- Exploring the use of standard and advanced digital tools with state-of-the-art technology (SAP S/4HANA, analytical tools like PowerBI and Analysis for Office, etc.).
- Gaining exposure to international finance practices and learning to collaborate effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.

Throughout the program, you will have access to **best-in-class technology** that will enhance your learning experience and help you excel in your role. Together with your mentor, you will plan your rotations. There will also be opportunities to connect with colleagues in other EU countries, the U.S., and our HQ in Japan. During the program, you will participate in various internal training sessions, be part of the **trainee community**, and meet other trainees while gaining valuable insights during exchanges with management. Your mentor will support you throughout the program in your development.

**What You Bring**:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Practical experience, ideally through internships in finance, accounting, or data analytics.
- Initial experience in data analysis or financial modelling is an advantage.
- International experience, whether through study abroad or internships.
- Very good English skills.
