For our Munich site, we are searching for a

**Graduate Trainee in our Quality Department (f/m/d)**

**(Starting September 2025)**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Rotations through different teams, including quality, manufacturing engineering and the production plant.
- Placements at various sites, which may include international experience in the Netherlands and UK or other civil sites, supporting our global teams.
- Performing tasks to support the capture of engineering hours, reporting, KPIs, and the day-to-day operation of the engineering business.
- Developing and implementing new ways of working, with opportunities to take ownership of these initiatives, supported by your team.
- Experiencing the full business management cycle, including financial reporting and process improvements.

- You have a maximum of one-year relevant working experience

- You are open to different cultures and you master the German and English language at a good level
