Every ending is the beginning of something new. The start of a next round. A fascinating mechanism which gives us an opportunity to think differently about the way we manage our businesses. Our department in R&D is responsible for the development of Retread tires and their related technologies for Commercial Vehicle Tires (CVT) in EMEA. Retreading tires is a good example of cyclic thinking and a smart method of reducing costs and at the same time, it contributes to environmentally friendly behavior and circular economy. We have exciting tasks to translate our customers need into Retread tire specifications in the most sustainable, environmentally friendly ways.
In this exciting environment we are offering a mandatory internship starting immediately to support for 3 - 6 months in our Technology Center in Hannover, Stöcken. The mandatory internship can be extended by a voluntary internship to reach the full duration of 6 months.
During this internship you will fully support the department in line tasks and projects as colleague. You will have the chance to learn a lot about our R&D approach as well as the opportunities and challenges of the future commercial vehicle tire business.
**Qualifications**:
Students (M/F/diverse) of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, physics, chemistry or similar
High interest in learning and participating
Confident handling of the MS Office-Programs (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Very good command of English, written and spoken, German beneficial
High independent drive
Organizational and communication skills
Very good analytical thinking skills
