As part of our Corporate Functions Team, you will work with all 4.screen business units and focus on our internal operational activities that are necessary in order to foster our targeted growth. Therefore, you support in managing the entire company's finances, building the basis for financially smooth operations, and the preparation of strategic decisions for 4.screens future. Within your internship in Operations & Finance you can support our Corporate Functions Team with daily changing challenges in a dynamic environment setting a focus on one of the areas depending on your profile:
Your role
- Finance:

- Take control of our internal Finance: You keep an eye on our financial planning by designing and building up our internal controlling systems as well as managing our cost forecasting based on actuals and projections for upcoming projects and expected growth
- Operations:

- Design our internal reporting system: You are responsible for the practicability and efficiency of our organizational structure by contributing to the design of a smart reporting system
- Support the implementation of OKRs and KPIs: You contribute to the success of our company by regularly evaluating and improving our KPIs as well as defining and updating our company OKRs
- Analyze our workflow processes: You deep dive into our internal processes to identify and implement optimization potentials

Our requirements
- Current enrollment in a master’s program or nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field of Business, Economics or similar, ideally with a focus on Finance, Strategy, Communications, Entrepreneurship
- Availability for at 4-6 Months internship (follow-up employment as a Working Student or Full-Time is possible)
- Proficiency in English (min. B2+) and German
- Previous internship or working student experience in Finance or Operations (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset
- Curiosity to learn, dive deep into new topics, and support putting insights into action
- Strong team player, who is happy sharing knowledge with others
