Deine Mission

Als Intern / Working Student Finance & Operations spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unser Unternehmen finanziell und operativ voranzutreiben. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Finance Team zusammen und trägst direkt zu unserem Wachstum und Erfolg bei.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung operativer und strategischer Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Wachstum und Skalierbarkeit.
  • Du optimierst die Abwicklung von Kreditoren- und Debitorengeschäften, indem du Genauigkeit und Effizienz sicherstellst.
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Tools / Software und der Verbesserung bestehender Finanzprozesse in der gesamten Organisation
  • Du betreust operative und strategische Projekte in direkter Abstimmung mit unserem Chief of Staff.
  • Du bist integraler Teil des Teams und bekommst von Tag 1 Verantwortung für eigene Projekte.
Dein Profil
  • Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium in den Bereichen Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Gebiet.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen und Operation gesammelt - idealerweise in Startups oder Scaleups.
  • Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
  • Du stehst auf Herausforderungen und es macht dir nichts aus, wenn Du Themen proaktiv angehen und selbst umsetzen musst.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C2 Level) und Englischkenntnisse (C1 Level) in Wort und Schrift.
