Our client is a world leading pharmaceutical company, for their Berlin Production Site, they're currently looking for a:
**Head of GMP/Compliance (Formulation)**

The Head of GMP/Compliance is responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP standards in the areas of cleaning validation, GMP documentation, in-process control, as well as deviation and change management in the formulation area.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will be responsible for coordinating, preparing for, and following up on audits and inspections in the area.
- You will lead the qualification team.
- You will supervise and coach approximately 15-20 directly supervised employees.
- You will prepare employee training sessions and conduct them independently.
- You will initiate and oversee projects aimed at improving quality.
- You will conduct risk analyses for existing processes and in the context of changes.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- You have a degree in pharmacy; alternatively, with sufficient professional experience, you have completed an alternative natural science degree.
- You have several years of professional and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as experience in employee and team development.
- You have excellent knowledge of drug development and manufacturing.
- You have good knowledge of regulations.
- You have a strong sense of quality and cost awareness.
- You have very good decision-making and assertiveness skills.
- You bring a high degree of flexibility, communication skills, and social competence.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
