Head of Tax (w/m/d)

Das erwartet Dich
- Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Teilbereiche Ertragssteuern, Umsatzsteuern und Transfer Pricing
- Du übernimmst alle Fragestellungen und Sachverhalte für diesen Bereich
- Steuerplanung und Strukturierungen von Transaktionen, Steuerung externer Dienstleister im Rahmen von Due Diligence, Konzeptionierung und Implementierung
- Optimierung der Steuer
- und Finanzierungsstruktur der Beteiligungen unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Rechtsentwicklungen
- Vertreten der steuerlichen Interessen gegenüber Geschäftspartnern, Behörden und sonstigen Stakeholdern; Steuerung von externen Steuerkanzleien
- Verantwortung für Tax Compliance

Das bringst Du mit
- Erfolgreiche abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder zweites juristisches Staatsexamen. Zulassung als Steuerberater in Deutschland
- 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in national und international agierenden Unternehmen mit grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionen, z.B. Großkanzleien, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Unternehmensberatung
- Absolute Diskretion und Integrität
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikation
- Sehr gute MS-Office und fließende Englisch Kenntnisse
