About the opportunity

Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic team in a thriving business? We're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Procurement Officer to join the Eureka team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Procurement Officer, you will drive the ongoing planning and purchasing of equipment, services and supplies for Eureka.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning for future capacity requirements.
- Building and maintaining positive customer & supplier relationships to strengthen loyalty and reputation.
- Management of Purchasing operations & performance of Eureka’s inventory ensuring profitability & reliable supply of goods to clients.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records
- Provide the sales team with costings for prospective sales
- Issue service invoices as required
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials
- Maintain overall oversight of inventory

About you
- Previous purchasing and sales experience.
- Strong focus on business planning, strategic thinking, innovation, and communications skills.
- Ability to Forward plan for future growth
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Understanding or passion for agriculture and the agchem space.
- Experience with SAGE (software) highly regarded
