What you can expect - text - 2nd language Sourcing/ Contracting - execute activities defined in the relevant category strategies, including agreeing final specifications and setting commercial conditions, defining critical performance factors, managing tender processes, evaluation of proposals, conducting final negotiations up to contract award and preparation of standard contract templates for the respective categories that have a low/ medium impact to ensure business continuity; Project Procurement Coordinator for smaller projects and operations as part of the project organization: establish project procurement strategy, coordinate between project and procurement organization, support smooth project organization as first point of contact and search solutions for the appearing supply chain relevant project issues, manage non-conformities; Set up a clear and frequent presence of Procurement within operations , communicate Procurement strategies into the community; Contract Execution - execute purchase-to-pay transactions, ensure contract performance and adherence to contractual conditions, contract variations/amendments; handle disputes and claims.
