The sustainability team plays a pivotal role in realizing these goals and ambitions, driving the agenda across all levels and areas of the organization. To accelerate the effort, we are in search of an ESG professional to help achieve long term organisational change.

**The Role**

Reporting and working closely with the Group Sustainability Director and the wider Quality, Environment, Health and Safety team, the ESG specialist will assist the team effort to:

- Evangelize and facilitate the acceleration of ESG initiatives across the Group
- Raise the overall level of understanding and appreciation for Sustainability
- Communicate to internal and external stakeholders to disclose our progress
- Create content and promotional marketing advancing sustainability and client engagement
- Develop and advocate for ESG policies, procedures, standards, and best practice
- Ensure ESG reporting data and methods are accurate, complete, timely and verifiable
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and materiality analysis
- Champion strategies for corporate social responsibility and community engagement activities
- Implement a quality framework and manage continuous improvement in all ESG areas

**Main support duties and responsibilities**

Data and Systems
- Engaging with sites and ensuring that ESG reporting data (including GHG emissions) and methods is of sufficient quality to comply with common standards and delivered in a timely manner
- Develop an ESG and GHG inventory quality management framework and system
- Superuser administration of the Sustainion SaaS ESG platform
- Support the review of system and reporting enhancements
- Compile and present up to date data and documentation for business review and auditing purposes

Stakeholder engagement and Materiality assessment
- Conduct surveys, interviews, develop feedback loops and other engagements that provide insight into material areas that TES has impact
- Help with analysis to prioritize significant or strategic focus areas for the formulation of plans and actions to protect, preserve and provide
- Conduct surveys, interviews, develop feedback loops and other engagements that provide insight into material areas that TES has an impact of movement of labour, improve human rights and preventing corruption and unethical behaviors.

Communications
- Contribute to the development and execution of a communications plan to key stakeholders
- Collate data, information and collaterals for the annual sustainability report
- Create content for digital social media, conferences, newsletters, case studies, publications
- Assist with the creation of marketing collaterals, training materials, manuals, policies and procedures that raise awareness and appreciation for Sustainability
- Plan, organize and participate in Sustainability events and campaigns
- Support training initiatives that further appreciation for ESG reporting, circular economy principles and other inter-connected concepts

Climate action
- Assist with the establishment of the Net Zero plan or Science based target commitments
- Familiarise with standards such as CDP, GHG Protocol, GRI reporting standard, TCFD, SASB and other to support determination of targets, baseline calculations and applicable emission factors
- Help drive implementation of reduction initiatives for scope 1,2 and 3 emissions
- Work with external consultancies and experts as necessary to map and develop calculation methodologies for various scope 3 categories
- Support lifecycle analysis of downstream activities for used products and liberated commodities to estimate and verify emissions generated during the asset’s in-life and end disposal phases
- Audit and report on waste and energy consumption across all sites identify reduction opportunities that achieve zero waste to landfill, renewable energy use in place of fossil fuels
