**What You'll Do**
- Management, analysis, design, security, integration, training, maintenance, and user support of LMS systems
- Work very close with colleagues responsible for other training domains
- Development of eLearnings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding LMS systems and implement solutions

**What You'll Bring**
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with LMS systems and eLearning development
- Proactive, independent, and willing to step outside comfort zone
- Background in training organisations preferred
- Open mindset, adaptable to international and fast-paced environments
- Highly organised with strong attention to structure and detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bookings)
