The HR Project Specialist plays a key role in driving the optimisation, automation, and digital transformation of HR Operations processes. Acting as a vital link between HR Operations and the HR Systems team, this role leads and supports multiple projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, implementing innovative solutions, and aligning HR practices with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

What You'll Do- Process Optimisation and Automation: Management of projects aimed at automating and improving HR Operations processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
- Process Development: Design, documentation, and implementation of new HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure scalability
- Project Management: Oversight of the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of HR Operations initiatives, adhering to timelines with an initial focus on Employee Assist and HR Operations Agents in TRACK and Inside Tesla
- Collaboration with HR Systems Team: Acting as a bridge between HR Operations and the HR Systems Team to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless integration of HR systems and tools
- Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and external service providers to align project goals with organisational objectives
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analysis of HR process metrics to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and measure the impact of implemented changes
- Change Management: Supporting the introduction of new processes and systems by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and communicating changes to stakeholders
What You'll Bring- Time Management and Multitasking: Exceptional skills in time-planning, handling multiple priorities, organising workload, and meeting deadlines effectively
- Attention to Detail and Data Skills: High focus on detail and data accuracy, comfort with reviewing simple reports, identifying patterns, and strong organisational skills to track progress and follow up on tasks.
- HR Expertise and Knowledge: Strong generalist HR experience, good understanding of local employment law and HR best practices, essential for the role
- Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken), ability to connect, engage, and build positive relationships across all levels and functions, treating everyone as equal, and sharing updates with different teams
- Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Comfortable working in a developing, fluid, and constantly changing company, open to feedback, and eager to learn in areas like change management, process improvement, and project support
