Aktuell suchen wir für ein namhaftes Pharmazieunternehmen einen **Project Management Support** **(gn).**

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Beratung, Unterstützung und Entlastung der TeamLlitung in der Projektarbeit für regulierte Medizinprodukte und Kombinationsprodukte von frühen Entwicklungsphasen bis zum Launch
- Bereitstellung technischer Expertise in Device Teams bei der Anwendung und Pflege von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools um die Projektarbeit in einer Matrixorganisation effizient zu gestalten und zu optimieren, z. B. Design Control Standards, Design Review / Meilenstein Reports, CFR820 bezogene Reports, Projektplanung, Standard Rahmen für Projektdokumentation inkl. Templates, Dokumentation / Archivierung, etc.
- Übernahme von komplexen Sonderverantwortungen im Rahmen der Entwicklung, z.B. zur Vorbereitung, Review und Erstellung von Entwicklungsakten
- Beurteilung und Berichterstellung von komplexen Arbeitspaketen/Entwicklungsarbeiten in Bezug auf streng regulierte Medizinprodukte-Entwicklung in englischer Sprache innerhalb der Entwicklungsmatrix (z.B. Design Control Plans & Reports, Vorbereitung Design Reviews und Projekt-Meilensteinen Dokumentation, sowie Unterstützung bei Risikomanagement oder Human Factor Engineering Akten), entsprechend behördlicher Vorgaben
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben innerhalb des Design Control Prozess wie z.B. der selbstständigen Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung, der Koordination von Changes unter Zuhilfenahme von EDV-Systemen oder von Transferaufgaben, etc.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Masterabschluss im Bereich der Ingenieur
- oder Naturwissenschaften oder Bachelor mit erster Berufserfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement bzw. Erfahrung im Design Control Prozess (21 CFR 820.30)
- Technologische sowie regulatorische Expertise zur Entwicklung von Medizin
- und Kombinationsprodukten sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationseigenschaften sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse
