**The Team**:
The focus of the Project Management Office Finance lies in software implementation projects that contribute to the overall performance and operational efficiency of our Accounting team.
You will join an interdisciplinary team located in Germany and the US and that is currently expanding. You will report to Sr. Project Manager Finance and work closely together with the other Project Manager(s).

**The Role**:
The internship offers an exciting opportunity to get experience in project management in the fields of IT and Finance. The team will support you in your project management activities but will also offer autonomy and personal responsibility so that you can express your creativity and independence in project areas or smaller projects.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Execute projects in cooperation with Project Managers or independently
- Define and track requirements together with the functional leads
- Develop processes and tools needed for the project implementation, e.g., communication and reporting material, internal documentation
- Support the team with data management tasks

**The qualifications you need**:

- Bachelor or Master student in economics, business administration, business informatics, finance or a comparable program
- Knowledge, interest and preferably experience in ERP / finance software and financial processes
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a systematic way of working
- High social competence and team spirit
- Flexible working hours is a plus as most of the team is located in the US
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (every other language is a plus)
- At least 6 months of availability
