**THE TEAM**
- You will join our Operations team, which is responsible for our operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The job aims to manage the finance department technically and disciplinarily and control and monitor all commercial processes.
- Your tasks will include:
- Reviewing and submitting annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, monthly financial statements, budget and forecast planning and cash management.- Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the team.- Contact person for internal and external auditors and processing of ad-hoc inquiries from management and the parent company.- Provision of crucial figures and monitoring of operational KPIs.- Active partner in the company's implementation of SAP.- Strategic / Consultant & Sparring Partner for Management**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as a Finance specialist/expert in relevant field.- Two years minimum experience as a Team Lead Experience.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Experience with coordination.**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
