**Senior Creative Concepter:in**:
Du weisst nicht, was die Leute mit “out of the box” meinen, denn für dich ist das die gängige Art, Ideen zu kreieren. Du denkst einzigartig. So wie du halt bist. Egal ob für grosse, komplexe und vernetzte Konstrukte oder für kleine, einfache Ideen. **Aufgaben**:

- Du entwickelst und steuerst selbstständig Live-Kommunikationskonzepte und innovative Show-Inhalte für nationale und internationale Brands und bist vollständig verantwortlich für deren Storylines, Kreation, Planung und Umsetzung.
- Du verfolgst Trends, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Konzepte stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
- Du kollaborierst mit anderen Units (Motion/Film/Animation), um sicherzustellen, dass die Konzepte auf den Punkt sind und du diese im Team umsetzen kannst.
- Du planst und steuerst Produktions
- und Showabläufe, schreibst Regiepläne und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Regie und Moderation.
- Als Inspirationsquelle für das Team bringst du aussergewöhnliche Ideen und einen kreativen Drive ein, um die besten Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu finden.
- Du betreust und berätst deine Kund:innen selbstständig als zentrale Ansprechperson.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium (Bachelor-/Master)
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Eventmanagement und Marketingkommunikation
- Langjährige und vielseitige Erfahrung beim Konzipieren von Showinhalten (Automobile-Erfahrung sehr hilfreich)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der kompletten Office-Palette und weiteren Projektmanagement-Tools
- Erfahren mit dem Erstellen von Präsentationen, Projektplänen und Timings
- Die Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte und die eigenständige Arbeit daran sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fliessende Englischkenntnisse, stilsicher in Schrift und Sprache
