**Your challenge**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze areas within the creative process that are suitable for automation.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to increase the production of static and video ads significantly.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and technology teams to understand their workflows, and automate the production of static copy, video content, and other creative assets.
- Leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate aspects of content creation, from concept to execution.
- Ensure that automated processes are in line with brand guidelines and meet or exceed creative standards.
- Manage and optimize creative workflows to enhance productivity and output.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in creative automation, digital marketing, and relevant technologies.
- Provide training and support to the creative team on new tools and automated processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of automation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, generating insights, and iterating on creative processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the integration of automated solutions aligns with business goals and creative standards. Optimize the performance of creatives across various channels by integrating advanced AI tools and methodologies.

**Your profile**:

- Great attitude towards finding opportunities to automate and developing solutions to implement
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proven experience with using video editing software
- Someone who is fascinated by ‘things’ more than ‘people’
- Proven experience (as much as possible, since the role is fairly new) in a creative automation role or a similar position within a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of creative processes and digital content production.
- Proficiency in using automation tools and software relevant to content creation.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies as they relate to creative automation.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality creative output.
