**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Head of Data & Analytics (M/F/d) **to join our growing business. In this role, you are going to be the face of data within the company and ensure that stakeholders are enabled to engage in high-value, data-driven decision-making.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Building, managing, and growing a team of 4 Data Analysts and Data Engineers;
- Defining and promoting company-wide data projects, methodologies, and processes;
- Interacting with C-Level stakeholders and representing the ideas of your team when collaborating with diverse stakeholders;
- Developing a long-term data vision and strategy for Circus;
- Translating short-term goals and roadmap for our Data & Analytics team;
- Ensuring Data & Analytics team has everything needed to deliver a high value to our stakeholders;
- Keeping the team constantly challenged to excel in their domain via mentorship and support.

**Base Qualifications**:

- At least 7 + years of experience working in Data and Analytics;
- Minimum 2+ years in a leadership function with a track record of building data teams;
- Hands-on experience in all relevant aspects from data engineering to data analytics and data science;
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (or any other programming language);
- Experience with data loading tools such as Fivetran, Segment, Airflow, or Airbyte and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI;
- Working knowledge in one or more of these areas: causal inference, statistics, machine learning, and recommendation systems;
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit including domain knowledge of the team needs and workflow at start-ups (marketing, product, tech, finance, operations, etc.)
