**About Us**:
Last-mile delivery of e-commerce packages is chaotic, inefficient and frustrating for both online shops, deliverers and online shoppers.

We at Karla are working on HAPPY DELIVERIES. With the Karla app, users can conveniently track all of their online orders in one app - regardless of the delivery company and online shop. You'll be notified of all important shipping updates, have easy-to-use delivery options, and more.

**About the Role**:
In deiner Rolle als Founders’ Associate Praktikant:in hast du die Möglichkeit eines unserer ersten Mitglieder im B2B Team zu sein und unseren Go To Market erfolgreich zu machen Dies beinhaltet sowohl die Konzeptionalisierung als auch die aktive Umsetzung neuer B2B Strategien. Somit wirst Du in kurzer Zeit ExpertIn für unser Karla Produkt als auch für die Bedürfnisse und Schmerzpunkte unserer E-Commerce Partner.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Gründern Frederik & Philippe zusammen, gestaltest unsere Company Culture mit und baust gemeinsam mit uns eine skalierbare App, die es Online-Shoppern ermöglicht alle ihre Lieferungen an einem Ort zu verfolgen und zu managen: Jeder Online-Shop, jeder Zusteller.

Berlin, London oder remote

Ab Januar für mindestens 3 Monate

Dazu gehören:

- Verbesserung unserer Outreach-Strategie und Nutzung von Sequenzen über Hubspot.
- Identifizierung von Entscheidungsträgern bei potenziellen Partner-Merchants für Karla.
- Planung und Durchführung von Produktdemons
- Aufsetzen von langfristigen Partnerschaften mit D2C Brands
- Unterstützung bei Lead-Identifizierung, Demo-Vorbereitung und Durchführung,, Pipeline-Aufbau und Erreichen von Umsatzziele

**About You**:

- Growth Mindset und Motivation neue Ideen umzusetzen
- Selbstständigkeit. Drive und Ownership
- Erfahrung und/oder Interesse an E-Commerce.

- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
