**Employer Branding Expert (M/F/d)**
Standort: Erlangen

**Your tasks**
- As Employer Branding Expert you will carry out recruitments, develop the local employer branding and manage people onboarding
- Advising hiring managers and other internal stakeholders on all issues related to recruiting
- Coaching managers in the development of the local organization with roles & responsibilities, skills, and job descriptions
- Managing local legal/employment topics
- Involvement in Recruitment or other HR projects

**Your profile**
- You have profound knowledge and background ideally in automotive electronics engineering and business development in the ADAS, infotainment or safety electronics sector
- You successfully communicate in both business German and in business English
- You are characterized by creative thinking and excellent business orientation
- You cultivate a cooperative MbO leadership style which is characterized by trust, mutual respect, open information, and communication
- You have a university degree in computer sciences, electronics, telecommunications or similar, a PhD or equivalent professional background
- You work autonomously and in a self-reliant way
