Android Chapter Lead

**What you will do***:
As the Android Chapter Lead (M/F/d) for the B2C Software department, you will be part of a team of technology experts working across multiple teams and locations.
- Take ownership of the technical guidance for Android development throughout the organization
- Coach and advise all levels of software engineers as a servant mentor on good coding and engineering practices.
- Mentor and guide teams in the B2C organization in anticipation of future use cases and assist them make design decisions that minimize the cost of future changes.
- Develop B2C-wide technical standards and design processes for Android development and maintaining a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing across the B2C organization.
- Work on defining software quality KPIs together with principal engineers and software architects.
- Build internal communities and hold in-house trainings around your technology to promote a culture of learning and knowledge exchange.

**What you bring****:
**Your Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and eight or more years of related engineering experience.
- Extensive expertise with the design, analysis, development and test of mobile apps
- You have experience with dev ops set-up and process.
- Minimum of 4 years programming experience in Kotlin
- Proven experience in working with large scale projects that include multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills, expert communication skills, high facilitation skills, able to establish and coordinate team meetings, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English
- Working experience in software development under regulatory compliance will be considered a plus.
