We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) in our **Global Employer Branding Team **to support positioning Siemens as Employer of choice in our relevant talent markets.

**You will create impact by**:

- Collaborating closely with our global cross-functional team (Communications and People & Organization)
- Creating management presentations, consolidating data/ feedbacks and handling ad-hoc requests
- Supporting our Employer Branding workstreams (e.g. Employer Branding Toolbox, Jobs & Career Website, Social Media, Community Management and Enablement)
- Engaging with our Employer Branding community globally and supporting our Employer Branding implementation according to local/business/country needs
- Having a huge interest in being constantly updated regarding Employer Branding related benchmarks/ trends/ rankings
- Being an Employer Branding enthusiast and ambassador

**You convince us by**:

- Being an enrolled student (f/m/d) in business, communication, marketing or similar
- First work experiences in Employer Branding and/or Talent Acquisition preferably in global or tech companies
- Working independently and precisely with a high-quality attitude
- Getting things done and being self-motivated
- Being a passionate team player and fast learner
- Excellent MS office (PowerPoint, Excel) and social media skills
- Communicating fluently in English (our primary language we work in)
- Being yourself
