As the Head of Steering Concepts & Systems team you will _Solve Something that Matters_. You will shape Zalando's financial systems background for the mid and the long-term success of the company. You will be a key financial leader in the Performance Management (FPM) pillar of Zalando finance organization. You will work closely with the finance leadership team and key business stakeholders at Zalando, acting as a thought leader. Working on a broad set up of strategic and organizational topics will provide you with opportunities to demonstrate and further develop your project management and stakeholder management skills as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- You'll lead the SRP (Steering, Reporting and Planning) program, a key finance initiative to report financials in-line with the new operating model.
- You'll understand key Stakeholder needs (up to management board level) and be able to turn them into concepts to work packages and execute with the project team.
- You'll partner with the Tech and other Finance teams to implement the program, defining the resource needs, dependencies and defining options for the conflicting priorities.
- You'll coach your own team and the SRP project leads to drive the discussions and alignment in topics starting from the conceptualization to execution
- You'll act as a senior finance leader in the FPM (finance performance management) pillar of finance and help shape the culture.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You come with a deep understanding of the SAP concepts and systems and have Project Management (PMO) type of experience
- You convince with strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and an agile environment. You have the ability to take initiative, understand deadlines and carry multiple projects at the same time with limited guidance.
- You demonstrate excellent capability in managing diverse groups of stakeholders
- You are passionate for e-commerce/fashion/tech, and bear an understanding of online business models and current industry trends
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral; and are business fluent in English
