**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Consultant for Managers up to Director and Head of level in all personnel-related and legal matters, especially guiding them through performance and team building related topics
- Support for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Participation in the Recruitment of national and international managers
- Ensuring talent management and succession planning in the company
- Contact person for the works council, support in collective bargaining issues
- Advice and support in organizational changes
- Support in the introduction of new HR guidelines and tools

**What we expect of you**
- At least 3 years' experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international company
- Sound knowledge of German labor law and experience in working with works councils
- Empathic personality with strong communication skills and the ability to change perspectives
- An independent and solution-oriented approach to work and a high level of advisory skills
- Ability to build effective and cooperative relationships at all levels
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English
