In line with other global transformation initiatives to integrate Allianz Technology standard services in Allianz Entities, the Infrastructure Transformation program for Allianz Partners runs various projects to rollout and standardize the IT Infrastructure across the customer’s locations. As part of this program the central Project Management Office in Munich is responsible for managing all financial processes and Finance related activities in the program. This includes planning, charging, calculation of Business Cases, budget controlling, reporting and the implementation of new processes. Within this team, you will be responsible to support in finance
- and administrative tasks within the existing processes but also to analyze those processes and templates (especially excel) with the target to improve / automate those.

**Key Responsibilities**- Preparation and improvement of financial reports- Automation / optimization of processes- Creation of Excel templates for financial reporting- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of project costs and revenues (actuals vs forecast)- Support within the Project Portfolio setup- Support in the creation of Business Cases- Creation of Project Order Forms

**Key Requirements**- Proficient level of English, German is optional- Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Microsoft Excel including VBA, PowerPivots, PowerQuery; Word, PowerPoint, etc)- Experience in automating tools preferred (PowerAutomate)- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar- Profound communication skills- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months
- part time (16-20 h/week)
