THE OPPORTUNITY Are you a student of Finance or Accounting, and looking for the right opportunity to learn by owning projects and implementing ideas? As a Working Student in the business team that includes accounting, legal, business operations & logistics, and finance, you will have supportive colleagues and interesting topics to be involved in. You will be a crucial member of the experienced and internationally diverse Finance Team of eleven, contributing to guaranteeing our financial health and establishing efficient processes. In this cross functional role, you will also collaborate with our colleagues across our global entities, and play an active part in driving exciting projects, such as developing a scalable financial reporting strategy, building a new workflow to capture on-going customer projects more efficiently across the whole NavVis Group, and more HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT - You will work on various finance projects, from managing the transition of our global accounting to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or improving upon our transfer pricing framework - You will use Excel to increase the effectiveness of the current financial reporting structures through continuous improvement - You will collaborate with our international team across all NavVis entities (in Germany, USA, China and UK) to support in the identification and implementation of process improvements - You will get to actively involve yourself in group accounting topics and consolidation WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE - You are currently studying Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or some similar field of study - Some experience with financial reporting which will enable you to contribute to process improvements. IFRS experience is a big plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and eagerness to work with Microsoft Dynamics tools - You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Madhulika (she/her).
