- Basierend auf unserem E-Commerce Erfolg, teilst du unsere Ambition die #1 Sleep Brand im Offline Sales zu werden
- Gemeinsam mit unserem Sales Director Europe verantwortest du Emmas Wholesale Business in der DACH Region und planst unsere strategische Weiterentwicklung
- Anhand von Marktanalysen identifizierst du unseren Wettbewerbsvorteil und planst Produkt-, Preis
- und Marketingstrategien
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Product Success Team zusammen, um unser Produktportfolio stetig zu verbessern und den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden anzupassen
- Du wirst unsere größten Bestandkunden betreuen und neue Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen
- Du wirst ein Team von Key Account Managern, Gebietsverkaufsleitern und Marketing Managern aufbauen, leiten und entwickeln
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Offline Europe Team zusammen, bringst neue Ideen ein, challengest den Status Quo und bringst unser Wholesale Business auf das nächste Level

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bist Experte auf dem Gebiet B2B/Wholesale/Retail Marketing & Sales und hast bereits strategische Projekte eigenverantwortlich geleitet
- Du verfolgst unser Ziel mit Leidenschaft und fokussierst deine Strategie auf Umsatzwachstum und Profitabilität
- Du bist kommunikativ und verhandlungsicher, ob im Einsatz mit internen Stakeholdern oder unseren externen Partnern
- Du bist umsetzungsorientiert und packst die Dinge an, damit aus Strategien und Konzepten echte Erfolgsstorys werden
- Du entdeckst gern neue Herangehensweisen und denkst innovativ
- Du hast Spaß daran ein Team zu leiten und deine Mitarbeiter zum Erfolg zu bringen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Englisch
