**Role Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Supply Chain Manager in day-to-day operations. You will gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management while contributing to the smooth flow of our supply chain. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of supply chain management in a dynamic, international cosmetics brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement Support**:Assist with supplier communication, purchase orders, and documentation
- **Inventory Management**: Help monitor stock levels, maintain inventory alignment with WMS, and prepare reports
- **Logistics Coordination**:Support in organizing shipments, tracking deliveries, and managing shipping compliance documents
- **Supplier Benchmarking**:Research and compare potential suppliers and service providers
- **Process Optimization**: Contribute ideas and assist in projects to improve efficiency and sustainability in supply chain operations
- **Data & Reporting**:Maintain and update supply chain KPIs, dashboards, masterdata, and presentations

**Qualifications**
- Current student in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office (strong Excel skills are a plus); familiarity with ERP and/or warehouse management systems is beneficial but not required
- Interest in international logistics, procurement, and supply chain processes
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute
- Passion for the beauty industry and interest in sustainability are highly desirable
