**Job Title: IT Support Engineer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Installation Support**:
Retrieve and document photographs of cabinets before initiating installations.

Verify and confirm appliance serial numbers and ensure proper documentation.

Provide FortiCloud Key credentials to relevant teams.

**Network Validation and Connectivity**:
Perform WAN link validations for all site migrations (excluding Citrix SDWAN).

Ensure site connectivity status is assessed and documented before and after installations.

**Infrastructure Preparation**:
Organize and arrange rack urbanization as needed.

Ensure compliance with pre-installation protocols for hardware and software setup.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:
Work closely with local IT technicians, Network ISSC, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide timely updates and reports regarding task progress and completion.

**Technical Troubleshooting**:
Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and operation.

Proactively address connectivity and hardware challenges to minimize downtime.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.

Strong understanding of network systems and connectivity principles.

Proficiency in documenting and reporting technical details.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with WAN and site migration processes.

Familiarity with Fortinet or similar systems.

Technical certification in IT support or networking (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, etc.).

**Work Environment**:
This role may require on-site visits

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 30 days

Pay: 30,00€ - 40,00€ per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
