Independent Business Development Partner

We are seeking experienced and driven Independent Business Development Partners to help expand our client base and strategic relationships. This role is ideal for independent professionals who already operate an active registered business (LLC, Ltd, or equivalent) and want to leverage their expertise to generate new opportunities and lasting partnerships.

As an Independent Partner, you'll collaborate with our leadership team to develop new markets, close deals, and create measurable growth while maintaining full control over your own business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and deliver tailored business proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Track and report progress using CRM or other business management tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company's brand and values in all business interactions.

Requirements

  • Active registered business (LLC, Ltd, or equivalent).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B sales.
  • Proven success in closing deals and sustaining client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, professional, and results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Established client network or professional business connections.
  • Experience in strategy, growth, or management consulting.
