Vice President, Product Management Quick Commerce

We are looking for a **Vice President, Product Management - Quick Commerce (f/m/d)** to join our Product team in Berlin and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. **Quick Commerce** is Delivery Hero’s vertical delivering groceries and other everyday items in 20-30min to our global customer base. We deliver from our owned and operated >1,000 dark stores (DMarts) as well as >100,000 vendor partners in >40 countries. Quick Commerce is a fast growing (>100% YoY) vertical within Delivery Hero and a major platform for investment. As **Vice President of Product Management - Quick Commerce,** you will be responsible for the Quick Commerce domain including Customer, Commercial, Operations, Local Shops and Deliver Anything tribes, as well as Design and report to the Global VP of Quick Commerce. **Your mission**: - Lead 5 tribes of talented product managers with a product and tech team growing to 300+ FTE. - Own the product strategy for our Quick Commerce business, collaborating with functional owners and our 6 consumer platforms, and driving measurable results in our 40+ countries - Work closely with our consumer platforms by driving the user experience developed locally with the global strategy, as well as gathering requirements for the global solutions in your teams - Own and drive effective collaboration with other central services to ensure we build a world-class product - Establish and grow a strong product team that can shape and improve our product portfolio; we’re still in the early stages of the Q-Commerce business. You will have a wide variety of product challenges, from highly impactful iterative improvements to green field projects with a high degree of discovery work - Your products will impact the daily lives of our millions of consumers across the world, where we have a leading product in a diverse set of countries. Learn more about our brands here. **Your heroic skills**: - 10+ years of professional experience in a product role and at least 4 in a leading position, with extensive knowledge of the product craft - Experience with different types of products (mobile, web, data/algorithmic).
