**Technical Assistant Cell Technology (M/F/d)**

**What you’ll do**:

- Perform cell culture experiments with a focus on cell line development and viral vectors (recombinant adeno-associated virus, rAAV).
- Independently plan and perform analytical methods such as qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western blot, SDS-PAGE, and cell-based assays.
- Document, interpret and present results (e.g., in internal meetings).
- Participate in establishing new methods in the work area and in writing work instructions and SOPs.
- Conduct literature reviews and proactively contribute design ideas.

**Who you are**:

- You have completed vocational training as a technical assistant or have an M. Sc. degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or virology with multiple years of experience in an industrial setting.
- You are highly proficient in cell and molecular biological methods (mammalian cell cultivation, transient and stable transfection, gene-editing, qPCR/ddPCR, protein biochemistry, ELISA and Western blot, cell-based assays).
- You bring very good computer skills (especially MS-Office).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Production and analysis of viral vectors (focus on rAAV) as well as development of genetically modified cell lines.
- Cultivation and processing of mammalian suspension cell lines, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Working in a regulated environment.
