**What you’ll do**
- You're responsible for strategic and high-level projects in the field of HR with a focus on transformation - in this context, you'll work closely with our EVP People & Organisation
- You'll drive project management for selected people transformation projects and provide efficient and effective programme management - supporting the other people teams in handling their priorities
- You'll be involved in the alignment of the DACH strategy and its objectives, and you'll be responsible for ensuring a regular review of priorities
- You'll lead our annual Top Employer certification and action taking and manage the process
- No day is the same - you'll help champion a culture of knowledge sharing and ensure clear HR People communication
- Close collaboration is important to us - you'll ensure this with your key interfaces, which include the HR leadership team, our Works Council, Finance, Internal Comms and external suppliers - this will include building close collaboration with the Group People Team and People Teams from other markets to make sure we share standard methodologies and align our approaches
- Our industry is fast-paced and dynamic, you'll always have an eye on organizational change and communication to pick up and guide all relevant partners

**What you’ll bring**
- You've a university degree with a business orientation and at least 6-8 years of experience in the field of HR and HR processes
- You're passionate about people topics related to transformation and further development and you're particularly interested in driving topics forward at a fast pace in a vibrant environment
- In the past you've already worked in an international context and/or a matrix organisation and you've acquired sound project management skills
- You've the talent to communicate changes or new insights in an appealing story and to efficiently handle various collaborators (junior to executive level)
- Good change management and communication skills are a plus
- You'd describe yourself as a conceptual problem solver and your approach to concepts as very pragmatic
- In a dynamic environment with a fast pace, you drive your topics forward and you can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Good English skills round off your profile
