**ÜBER UNS**
beets&roots wurde von einem Michelin-Sterne-Koch und einem Geschäftsunternehmer gegründet. Die Inspiration? Der Mangel an frisch zubereiteten, gesunden Mittagsangeboten in ganz Deutschland. Die Motivation? Zur Anlaufstelle für köstliche, saisonale, gesundheitsbewusste Speisen zu werden. Wir sind deutsch mit internationalem Flair: von unserem vielfältigen Team bis hin zu unserer global inspirierten Speisekarte. Wir servieren gute Stimmung und Essen in 9 Restaurants in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf und Stuttgart. Wir eröffnen in den nächsten 12 Monaten 10 weitere Restaurants.

**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**
- Gesamtmanagement eines Teams von 10-15 Mitarbeitern
- Vollständige Verantwortung für wirtschaftliche Leistung und Wachstum
- Umsetzung aller lebensmittelbezogenen Standards und Prozesse
- Verwaltung von Einstellung und Einarbeitung
- Tägliche Problemlösung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld

**ANFORDERUNGEN**
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Führungs
- und Betriebsmanagement im professionellen Gastgewerbe
- Starke Fähigkeiten im Personalmanagement und in der Kommunikation
- Grundverständnis für P&L (Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung)
- Fließend in Englisch. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Wohnort Bremen
