**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that Oil Additives is positioned as a Strategic Partner for the Global Key Accounts and distribution partners, be responsible for building up and developing sustainable business relations with key multinational/regional customers and global key accounts- Develop the negotiation strategy for all commercial conditions in close cooperation with Marketing and lead the negotiations with the global Customer Relations team-
- Translate the BL Strategy into account plans and consistently execute the account plans. Identify growth opportunities at customers to realize the volume, sales and margin targets for the Business Line and support these customer opportunities projects till realization- Be part of the development and implementation of the overall profitable, sustainable global BL Strategy as member of the BL Management Team and support the Digitalization and DCX strategy- Leading, developing, motivating the global Customer Relations team as well as organizational development of the global Customer Relations team- Define efficient and effective processes for the Customer Relations team globally and interfaces to other functions
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience and leadership, ideally in a global environment- Experience in change management paired with innovative thinking (out-of-the-box) and passion for new opportunities- Strong in driving concepts into implementation and winning others to support the implementation- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage effectively various interfaces and networks- Ability to work within varied cultural groups and guarantee intercultural business effectiveness- Experienced in developing and implementing processes, high interest in continuous process improvement as well as enthusiasm for digitalization- Excellent verbal and written English skills and willingness to travel globally
