Einkauf und Kontakt zu Lieferanten aus vielen Bereichen - Ihre Welt? Nach Ihrem Studium oder einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung haben Sie mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Einkauf oder der Administration eines internationalen Konzerns gemacht? Sie haben Drive, verstehen sich als Procurement/ Administration-Spezialist, denken End-to-End in Prozessen und haben die Ambition, mehr daraus zu machen? Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie sind Teil eines kleinen Teams von mehreren qualifizierten Mitarbeitern/-innen
- Recherchen zur Beschaffung von Equipment und Dienstleistungen online und telefonisch
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen aller Standorte in Deutschland in allen Fragen des Einkaufs
- Abstimmung mit den globalen Organisationseinheiten insbesondere im Bereich der Beschaffungen für IT
- Verwaltung von Software Lizenzen mit Hilfe der bei IQVIA verwendeten Tools
- Erfassung / Abwicklung von Bestellungen über die Beschaffungssoftware Coupa
- Ansprechpartner für alle Belange von Coupa (technischer
- und inhaltlicher Art mit allen Beteiligten in der internationalen Organisation)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Financial Shared Service Center sowie der lokalen Buchhaltung
- Rechnungskontrolle unter Verwendung aller Buchhaltungssysteme (z.B. SAP)
- Verwaltung von Verbrauchsmaterialien für den gesamten Standort MAC
- Mitwirkung bei der Verhandlung und Verwaltung von Mobilfunkverträgen
- Erstellen von Business Spend Analysen
- Weitere vielfältige administrative Tätigkeiten bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil
- Ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung plus Weiterbildungen im Bereich Einkauf/Finanzbuchhaltung
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder der Administration eines international aufgestellten Unternehmens
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse des Einkaufstools Coupa
- Grundsätzliche Buchhalterische Kenntnisse (SAP R3/FI) sind erwünscht
- Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office ist ein Muss
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
