**Operation Specialist / Supply Chain Coordinator**

For our operations located in Hamburg we are looking for a Operation Specialist/Supply chain coordinator. You will join our existing team there.

In this function you will ensure a seamless flow from product purchase to delivery for regular and return sales incl. correct settlement. You do this to ensure and execute order & logistic activities to/from customer and from/to supplier complying with legal requirements, as necessary. Monitor and clear customer accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of procurement. Monitor and control of fulfilment/delivery of supplier, incl. corrective action and communication to concerned parties.
- Logistic execution for customer orders, monitoring of VMI, CMI and screening activities incl. necessary measures.
- Observation of inbound & outbound delivery, on-hand, VMI, CMI inventory (incl. goods of water account).
- Permanent or annual stock taking/stock control in all warehouses
- Invoicing of deliveries, consignment call, NRE, etc.
- Account receivables & payments (incl. dunning, credit/debit notes etc.)
- RMA & Screening activities as required
- Vendor (Supplier data) maintenance & Invoice control, assigning account codes and approval, if necessary, approval of debit notes
- Pro-active input / cooperation for process optimization (incl. EDI)
- Support organization in reporting, internal or external audits or any other activity as predetermined by this job responsibility

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics and supply chain
- Proficient in English and German. Chinese language is a nice to have.
- Experience with WMS systems
- Experience with TMS
- You have problem solving abilities and are conscientious in your work
- A driving licenses
