For Hamburg Headquarters we are - limited to 2 years - recruiting a**Team Leader Supply Chain Strategy (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As (Interim) Team Leader Supply Chain Strategy (M/F/d) you will further develop the supply chain according to the Gebr. Heinemann mission statement and support the strategy implementation. In particular, you will- provide disciplinary leadership to a team consisting of Supply Chain Managers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts
- establish and maintain a supply chain strategy roadmap, ensure strategic alignment with supply chain initiatives and further develop innovative, digital solutions
- lead supply chain sub-projects in tenders for new business as the main interface for business development
- be responsible for stakeholder management, including conducting soundings and managing cross-interface communication
- ensure change management for anchoring the strategy
- coordinate the strategic and global supply chain integration with Gebr. Heinemann subsidiaries

What you should bring along
- A degree in business administration with a focus on logistics and/or supply chain management or alternative training
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a supply chain function as well as several years of experience in project leadership and project management (ideally knowledge of strategy methods)
- Extensive knowledge of the MS Office package as well as good SAP skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German language skills, another foreign language is an advantage
- Strong communication skills on different hierarchical levels as well as strong leadership and team building skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills (including in the preparation of analyses and presentations) as well as a problem-solving and results-oriented work styleWhat you can be excited about
