**Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört**:

- Organisatorische/ administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Medical Affairs bspw. Übernahme von Aufgaben des Kostenmanagements, des Vertragswesens sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistungsunternehmen
- Mitarbeit im cross-funktionalen Austausch bspw. mit Marketing
- Unterstützung bei Projektaufgaben wie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von medizinischen Symposien, Fortbildungsveranstaltungen, dem Erstellen und Überarbeiten von Slide Decks oder dem Aufbau einer Literaturdatenbank sowie Unterstützung bei Literaturrecherchen und -bestellungen
- Organisation und Nachbereitung von Hormosan eigenen medizinischen Fortbildungen nach Absprache mit dem zuständigen Medical Advisor

**Das bringst du mit in unser Team**:

- Student/in der Medizin, Naturwissenschaften oder Pharmazie
- Erfahrung und Freude am zielgruppengerechten Schreiben und Kommunizieren
- Kontaktfreudigkeit und die Bereitschaft mit verschiedensten Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten, bspw. zur Organisation von Symposien, Fortbildungen, digitalen Veranstaltungen etc.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit den üblichen Office-Softwareprodukten
