Click on the link to learn more about Evonik from our employees: **Responsibilities**: - Support sales teams regarding lead management & sales activities - Research and verify contacts using online media and social networks - Evaluation of verification and contact data as well as allocation to the respective sales employees (M/F/div) - Conduct "ad hoc" research, prepare and provide required company information - Support preparation of presentations - Management and monitoring of the regional lead management process - Support qualification and distribution of leads (new contacts), maintain leads in CRM - Operational management of overseas (SO17) customers and distributors, including pricing and other commercial conditions **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences, master's degree preferred - Experience in sales/ marketing, ideally acquired in the field of life sciences and pharmaceuticals - Knowledge of lead management processes and software - Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken - Ability to build trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders, manage multiple customers simultaneously and develop strategies for new business opportunities - Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and very good project management skills - Very good communication and cooperation skills, experience in negotiations, “hunter mentality” with willingness to do “cold-calling” - Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a high level of customer orientation and intercultural competence Your Application- Company is Evonik Operations GmbH
