Do you like working closely with the commercial team? Provide technical pre
- and post-sale support for the integration of Pall technologies into customer processes?

The Senior Field Scientist / Service (f/m/d) is a strong VOC for internal Pall groups such as Quality and other functions. This position will give technical direction to the regional team and be a thought leader for one or more Pall technologies.

This position is part of the Service Team and will be located remote (home office) with a strong link to our PALL location in Bad Kreuznach (greater Mainz).

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Application of Pall technologies to create process solutions.
Conduct feasibility assessments, technical consultations, training, and bench trials at customer sites.
Maintain close customer contact during projects. This will involve travel to customer sites for technical meetings or to perform test work, giving technical presentations and contact online and by phone as well.
Technical consultation involving scale up/scale down testing plans and data review, sizing and compatibility recommendations, and troubleshooting customer technical issues and field investigations.
Attend training courses as required and assist with training/mentoring/coaching, mainly in Central Europe

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Education in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering
Cross trained in other process disciplines preferred
Project Management certification is a plus
Excellent German and English linguistic proficiency. Other languages are welcome

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
in providing technical directions
in working with internal and external clients
