As a Partner in Business Solution, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers in the banking industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line. As a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organizations. Collaborating with our business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our client's evolving needs while leading transformation projects in core banking and lending areas.
- Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio to meet customer needs
- Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
- Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
- Assists in the design, implementation, and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
- Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of overall experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
- Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
- Deliver above promises: shaped or lead implementation of core banking or ideally SaaS implementation in transactional payments or Lending (4 years +)
- Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks in the region
- Business English and German
