**For our headquarters in Sehnde near Hanover, Germany, we are looking for the next possible date for a**:
Buyer (M/F/d)

**Your tasks**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- The timely review and assessment of customer inquiries
- Smart sourcing of customer requests
- Clarification of all customer concerns including complaints processing
- Written and verbal exchange with customers
- Complete, correct calculation and timely preparation of customer offers
- You bring your own ideas and support further development of your area of responsibility and the company
- You negotiate, record and place supplier orders immediately

**Your profile**:

- Business administration training/study background, bachelor's or master's degree would be desirable
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in purchase/sales or export of technical products
- High customer and service orientation
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge desirable
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, further foreign language skills are welcome
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- First experiences in the field of process improvement
- You work with precision and have high standards for your own quality
- You enjoy communicating with customers
- Your confident demeanor and your ability to make decisions make you a competent and skilful negotiating partner at all levels
