**For our headquarters in Sehnde near Hanover, Germany, we are looking for the next possible date for a**:
Working student Contract management (M/F/d)
- Would you like to gain practical experience and get involved while you study? Does a work environment characterized by both internationality and a friendly atmosphere sound exciting? Then V-LINE EUROPE should be your next stop We are looking for support in reorganizing and optimizing our contract management based on an appropriate contract management software.

**Your tasks**:

- Development of a filing and management system for contracts, procedural instructions, work instructions, and training materials
- Setting up the contract management software enaio Contract File with the support of the external service provider and our IT department
- Gradual transfer of existing contracts (keywording according to key criteria, including contract type, contracting party, signature date, notice periods, responsible employee or department, contractual penalties, regular contractual obligations)
- Keywording and inclusion of all current contracts (during the student internship) in the contract management system

**Your profile**:

- You are a registered student - a focus on law or economics is an advantage
- Affinity for working with modern software
- Confident use of MS Office programs
- Good English skills
- Confidential handling of contracts
